Pretty good man

Especially nice work on the ladies' hair. That must have taken ages. Well, the whole thing. I thought the walk cycles were really well done. Only problem was, sometimes the perspective was a bit dodgy. But the artistry was pretty much flawless - no jagged edges or colours that didn't fit. All the lines were perfectly done

Overall - good

The animation was adequate - perfectly functional and decent to look at. For video game humor, it was pretty good - but only if you have played the reference material.
Sound was great, and the timing was very good. This reminded me of harvey birdman, which is a good thing indeed.
So yeah - not too long, not too short and the art was neither crappy nor up it's own arse. Good job - looking forward to more.

epic cheese

The song choice, and the way each scene was blended into each other was done very well. Despite the fact that I pretty much hated the music, and the lyrics of the song made it go from cheese to epic cheesiness - you did well, and a fine tribute to many of newgrounds' best. But it was UNBELIEVABLY cheesy.

Nice style, but

At first this flash was really interesting, with all the directions it could have gone in. However, I found the punchline to be disappointingly predictable. Also, the joke at the end I saw in Austin Powers, therefore did not find very amusing. What you have done well is make an interesting template - all the different possibilities that could go along with trying to get across a large gap could be a good idea for a collaboration.

Good job.

I thought you did a good job recreating this tale in flash. The graphics were good, and the voices were pretty decent. However, some of it didn't sync properly with the video - but fortunately that doesn't happen much. Another problem, is that the animation could have been a bit smoother.

Well.

Despite the lack of sound, and not much animation except for motion tweens, there were nice elements in this. The graphics were ok - the interaction worked pretty well - but the best part was your sense of humor. It was funny and well written: the lack of spelling mistakes makes it more intelligent than most text driven humor found in these parts.

Why not make him the mortal enemy of owls? Now every time I switch on the telly and see his face, I won't just turn it off immediately in disgust - I'll turn it off immediately in disgust whilst being reminded of this song.

You have to be some sort of comedic genius. No no! No need to thank me for such flattery. Great music choice, and using a photograph which isn't even yours was a stroke of genius. If only I hadn't already clicked on no stars. Oh well

Impressive stuff

Nice animation, and the characters were well designed too. Most of the voice acting was good, although both the brothers voices, it thought, were a bit cringe-worthy.

Still, you conveyed the atmosphere of tragedy really effectively, and you're good at slow motion movement. And running, I liked your style of running.
