rant

The problem with this rant is just that - it's a rant. There is only one opinion: Yours.
Rants work far better on topics that are random, or spur of the moment. But when on touchy and often controversial subjects, it's hard to do it without seeming childish and ignorant. Because the fact is - there are always upsides as well as downsides.

I'm not going to argue with the rant because that would be hypocritical to what I just said above. I may be less knowledgeable about the subject than you, for instance. What I will say is that although you delivered some interesting points, you basically coated them in a fine layer of crap because of how poorly they were presented; with a highly annoying voice, and very little in terms of animation and artistry.

As I said, I will leave the drug argument to the infinite amount of drug forums and discussions found outside of NG. I like rants that are quirky, or random, such as the ones made by Peter Griffin in "You know what really grinds my gears?". There it's not something touchy and infinitely debated like drugs or politics: It's "Why hasn't someone come up with a new Priest and a Rabbi joke in forever?"

It was alright

The martial art fighters were probably the best part...but that was clearly rotoscoped. Same with the dancers, which I found was a bit..lewd for a demo reel.

I like it

All the animation was pretty much correct, which is a damn sight more than most submissions. The characters had weight, and proper movement and momentum, and it was a pleasure to watch.

Brilliant Idea, simple, and funny

I loved it, good work. Nice animation and the writing was genuinely funny.

Would be interesting

It's just this rant has been done so many times before. It's also a bit annoying to see the same animations repeated over and over, and the fact that his mouth never moves or opens or does anything.
To make matters worse, and I'm sure this statement itself is nothing short of ancient, why do the human characters always stick their tongues out when speaking. It just looks wrong, and even though it may be a certain stylish trait you've been hanging onto, it just appears like a bad habit now. The problem is that because it is physically an uncommon trait or even impossible to properly talk whilst flapping your tongue around, it totally detracts from the lip syncing.

Hah

Those jokes are terrible, but still quite funny. Good conversion from web comic to animation.

Nice animation

But...the song was just not my taste. Sure I liked Limp Bizkit once. Most people I know went through a phase of liking that band when they were 14. And since the whole thing was choreographed to the song, that certainly didn't help either. But I'm not going to let my petty preferences get in the way of what was a pretty cool collaborative effort.
The part where the stick figure was fighting the giant thing from madness was the best, only because it reminded me of an airside animation.

That was interesting

I liked it, good work on the underwater scenes and the swimming animations. Good sounds and a nice little story as well, quite original at that.

Better

I dare say Cat Face is growing on me. The first time I heard the introductory song, I couldn't really believe what I was listening to. I wanted to compare it to many things but couldn't find anything that wasn't made by you to compare it with. In terms of episodic content, some of it is still a little too obvious, but alot of the humour I find similar to Aardman animations. Which is a good thing, obviously.
Still, I find myself waiting for that real clincher of a joke that's going to make the whole thing worthwhile, but I'm not sure if I'm ever going to find it.

Nice animation

The only problem I have with it is that some of the animation was a little bit strange, like at the end where it zooms in on the "O". To be honest with you, I don't think it needs that at all. Especially when you consider that in the original sonic games, it never zoomed in. Sonic would always appear behind the title.

What's not to dislike?
